Kodie Macayan representing the Philippines has been crowned Mr Gay World 2020. Kodie Macayan was announced the winner after a stunning virtual finale which was the culmination of two weeks of challenges for nine delegates from across the globe. Poland’s Marek Pekarczyk was hailed the 1st runner-up, while Mexico’s Vicente Miron finished as the 2nd runner-up.
