PMH UPDATE: Confirmed that 2 isp blocks filehost sites, just wait till they unblocks. This is happening when they have download traffic issues, immediately they blocked filehost sites. And when their traffic issues were fixed, they unblocked those sites. Just be patient and checked from time to time.
