The contestants had to present two runway looks inspired by sustainable fashion; the second look had to be designed and created in the workroom using unconventional materials.

Myx Chanel won the main challenge, whereas Angel and Tita Baby were up for elimination. After the lip-sync, Paolo decided that no queen is leaving the competition yet.
